Fee

The fee for each session depends on funding type:

  • If you are paying privately, the fee is $185.00 per session. If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan prepared by your GP (click here for more information), Medicare will provide a rebate of $101.55 per session, meaning your out of pocket expense for each session will be $83.45. Medicare will fund up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

  • If you are covered by an insurance scheme (such as NDIS, TAC or Worksafe), sessions will then be covered by the relevant scheme. There is no out of pocket expense in these cases.

  • Alternatively, you may have private health insurance which can cover some, or all, of the costs (check with your insurer).
